At Walà Ventures we take protecting your data seriously. This document explains what information we collect when you visit walaventures.io or fill out one of our forms, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
What information we collect
Information you share directly: name, email, company, and your project context when you fill out a contact, alliance, or workshop registration form. Technical data: IP address, device type, and pages visited, collected in aggregate to understand site usage.
How we use your information
To respond to your request and propose a next step; to schedule meetings when you request one (via Google Calendar); to follow up commercially through our CRM (HubSpot); and to improve the site's content and experience.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers we use to operate: HubSpot (lead management), Google Calendar (scheduling), Firebase / Google Cloud (storage), and WhatsApp Business, when you choose to continue the conversation through that channel.
Where your data is stored
Your information is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) and in HubSpot, both with industry-standard security measures.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as an active or potential business relationship exists, and delete it upon request, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by writing to hello@walaventures.io. We will respond within a reasonable time under applicable law, including Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.
Cookies and analytics
We use analytics tools to understand aggregate site usage. We do not use this data to identify you individually outside the context of a form you submitted yourself.
Minors
Our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this document. The 'last updated' date above reflects the current version.
